nope. its just a hair clip and it kind of looks like the ones the hairdressers use to keep hair separated. not very pretty but you can't see it so it doesn't matter

you can go braless. I am so jealous. I tried on like 8 dresses yesterday and they were all so cute minus the fact that my stupid boobs didn't fit so they squashed down and looked all weird.

i hate shopping

if you live in raleigh check out Fabrik in Cameron Village. cute designer-ish stuff but very inexpensive. also there's a new place across the street from there (on the other side of charlottes) that is supposed to be similar to Fabrik.

thats the design concept of the store, everything under 100. Obvious acceptations being coats and they jeans since they dont make their own. They sell paper denim, R&R, paige and some other stuff

I was at H&M yesterday for the opening.. got $25 and lots of other freebies.

Oh and I spent $300+.................oops?
I highly recommend going later on (in other words, not this weekend) because I checked again today and they're pretty much cleared out of all things cute.

I'm still waiting for this beauty, a ruffled chiffon dress (they have it in both navy and red), which is only 9.95 and sold out within five minutes. I should have ripped one out of a girl's hands:

Ladies with big tits, can we talk sports bras?

Any bra I find that keeps them from moving also restricts my breathing. Who here is over a D cup and has some suggestions?

I think I got them at target, I have these sports bras made entirely from this spandexy material. basically they don't have that obnoxious elastic band on the bottom. I love them. I'll try to see if I can find them on the website for you. they keep my girls in check alright. the brand was champion.

edit: they are similar to this http://www.target.com/C9-Champion-Seamless-Racerback-Bra/dp/B0031JIP2M/ref=sc_qi_detaillink

I usually buy them in the smallest size I can get them into, a medium, as the material is very stretchy. hope that helps

eh, stretchy material? That usually what I try to avoid since they can move so much more. If you don't mind me asking what size are you? This is what I have now and its easily the best one I've ever had, I still have some trouble with the breathing though.

I'm a 36 DD. I mean to each their own. Mine are always going to move around regardless of what bra I squeeze them into. those are the ones I liked.

What's a cheeky dress? I'm picturing something that shows your buttcheeks, which isn't appropriate for anyone.

So I think I don't quite understand.

so I got this dress:

and the fucking zipper broke within about 10 minutes of wearing it... the s.o.b. fit, too, so I pretty pissed... thank goodness Eric's mom is like super seamstress so I will have it back most likely today with an even better zipper she said it was too close to the fabic and getting caught on the side very easily

and with the new H&M opening.... I get to go shopping there for my birfdayyyyyy hopefully everything will be a little slower by mid-April and restocked

I, on the other hand, can't wear printed dressed - I look like a moving wallpapered wall.

I want to get a new dress for my bf's bday... there's no way I'm ordering online but here are some things I like -

from lulus:

it looks long, but it's on back order

from modcloth:

but I don't know how my skin would look

at first I thought this was really cute:

but upon closer inspection it looks cheap

i know you always feel the need to be an uppity bitch but we already discussed the sizing of the 12 on that page (if you read further). and if you are a 12 and want to wear a cheeky dress then DO IT. you might be tall and athletic. or they could be getting it tailored. or maybe that girl in the model pic is just really tall and it isn't that short. or maybe you just don't care. WHATEVER - it was pages ago. a little late to the snooty bitch fest.

IN OTHER NEWS

begonias: i really really really like that navy/white stripe and green number!

OMG chicky, it like totally weirds me out too! most girls who are size 12 are like gross and fat and stuff and shouldn't be caught dead in anything remotely stylish, gosh!

also late to the bitch fest ^

and just fyi i usually use my own body as a frame of reference. i made that comment too quickly - it was dumb, plus i realized i probably would be a size 12 in that dress after LK pointed out the size chart. already been over that like 200 years ago. size 12 girls are not all fat. i just thought about my body as a size 12 and buying that dress. i'm short (maybe 5ft2 on a good day) so if i were a size 12 i'd probably have to roll around like that girl that ate the blueberries in charlie and the choc factory.

but yes, i have friends that are 12s and 16s but are also 6ft tall and look skinnier than me. so. i get it. lets move on now.

don't take this the wrong way because I love you kadwackle (and I know what you meant) but...

I wear like a size 12 (or more) in dresses and a size 10 jeans.. looks can be deceiving sometimes and boobies can push that number way up

and for the record, I wasn't offended by your post

khcadwal, I felt that the resolution on page 127 was insufficient. It lacked the foul language and stern judgment that you deserved.

And since you saw my post and responded, it's evident to me that I wasn't too late to the "snooty bitch fest."

^ Foul language doesn't solve anything or change minds. Bridget, perhaps your arguments would have more impact if you attacked the opinion rather than the person. You constantly make issues personal and come across as an angry, bitter person, which makes your arguments seem slightly less valid.

I'm not trying to attack you here, but I do think you come across as being very hateful in your posts. Why not just argue with facts, rather than hateful curse words?

Also, sizes mean nothing. A US size 12 varies widely from brand to brand. And a confident girl in a size 12 dress looks much more attractive than an insecure girl in a size 6. Confidence and poise are your two best accessories.

You know what sucked when I was in high school. I had to get a prom dress that was a size 18 because my boobs were too big for the size 8 that I was

It really sucked cause there was such a crappy selection of size 18 dresses too
