TWW Investigative Crew should perform a separate independent study of the evidence to attempt to identify the true murder(s), since CPD didn't look into any of the leads unless they pointed to Brad, I imagine it won't be very difficult

Not really that much. Only the big boys (like Willoughby) get decent money. And most solicitor's only stay in long enough to get some good courtroom experience and hope that some big firm will hire them. Hard to stay in a job making $50K a year when you're going up against defense attorneys who are making at least 3 times that.

based on how CPD and the DA handled this case, I wouldn't be surprised if NC walked in to the courtroom tomorrow saying "hey guys, I'm not dead," and CPD ignored it, the DA objected, and the Judge allowed it

I have to admit I was pushing some buttons a few pages back, but I got trenkle'd pretty hard in closing arguments... and no matter what, Jon Pearson should have been put under a microscope from the day CPD learned he and NC bumped uglies.

Going back to the hard evidence, the 3'11" distance between the tire tracks bothers me. That is really REALLY narrow. If you have time and a tape measure, let's do a little experiment... go out to your vehicle and measure the distance between the rear tires on your car. (front is usually a little wider than the rear) Report back with the year/make/model and the measurement.

and honestly the tire tracks and shoeprints are two pieces of HARD EVIDENCE that were COMPLETELY ignored. They make or break, exonerate or condemn by themselves. The fact that Brad doesn't wear size 13 clears him in my mind.

well I went and measured. I have an '05 Chrysler Town and County (minivan) and it's about 4ft 8in between the back tires. Give or take an inch or so

From inside to inside or outside to outside?

The standard practice I believe is to measure the distance between the centerline of the tire tracks, but if you measure the outer edges and subtract the treadwidth of your tire (just one) it should be pretty close.
