I really don't see it as such an ominous sign

I was just thinking earlier today that while I appreciated DY's silence in the media approach, it has become clear that talking heads will just end up filling that information void, doing unnecessary damage to our image. I thought it would be smart to put out tidbits during the search to at the least provide some misdirection against the garbage being disseminated. I just couldn't think of an example of what she could do to calm the speculation day after day.

I honestly think this is a good move on her part, maybe should have come a little sooner, but today was the first day we really could explore the Shaka option, so really how sooner could it have come?

Keep on keepin on DY, I'm still excited to see what you got, and I'll be looking forward to your post-hire comments on the rumors
