i need to run but i don't wanna. i can't decide if i should just not run today and run tomorrow morning instead (when i was planning on tomorrow being my humpday break from working out day) OR if i should just run ton right now.

i just got out of a hard ass exam and my motivation is 0. decisions decisions.

MAYBE i could run to jersey mike's and get dinner and then walk back. that would be kinda like killing 2 birds with one stone except its only probably a mile which isn't very far. though my training schedule SAYS to do 1-2 miles easy today.
