The intro to Move Along is pretty tough on hard, but once you get the hang of it it's one of my fav songs to play.

Speaking of hard... I got to the teir with Coheed and Vasoline on hard... these bass pedal beats are kicking my ass.

just can't survive the opening to boston on hard(drums). really pissing me off.

I wouldn't mind a full Foo album.

You gotta figure the only reason they haven't released any DLC for them is b/c they have a full album DLC release coming up, right???!?!?!

Also probably the reason they released that shitty Smashing Pumpkins song instead of something off of Siamese Dream.

i tried say it aint so last night on expert on drums just to see how i did (i'm still only a little over halfway through on medium on drums) and got 96% and 4.25 stars.

there are still a lot of songs i am terrible at on medium though

yeah, the first set on expert are easy as hell. Their drummers must just be fucking slacking all the time. like the guitar part on any blink song

RHC Dani California is really fun on Drums (Hard) IMO. It's challenging and has some parts that I haven't seen in other songs.

I also really like All the Small Things on drums.

I've gotten into the nightmare song. The bass pedal is crazy but once you get it down its a pretty fun song. Finally got through the Boston song on hard, ended up just going into pure survival at the start just making sure I got the reds/bass. Once you get through the opening its a relatively easy song.

My roomate makes fun of me nonstop, but just so addicted...

ncWOLFsu and I played against eachother on XBL just doing songs on Expert and OMG talk about tough, but you can't fail so it is a lot of fun and good practice.

Maps on Expert was so awesome though, I got like 90k in points and was estatic. I just can't hit the green triplets!

^^were you using both sticks?

the hardest part for me on those was not hitting the bass pedal 3 times as well. i was hitting the greens fine, but kept throwing in the extra bass hit.

ten speed (of god's blood and burial) is a fun song. not sure why they didn't just use the real version though, since they did already have Welcome Home.

either way, fun song.

They post them on the official Rock Band forums.

my drums broke now...got new set coming

i also got my 3rd guitar now...this time its brand new unlike the 2nd time which was refurbished...

the new one is amazing, seems theyve fixed everything with the strum bar...it is now like spring loaded or something and it feels great....5 star everything now again

its amazing what a good working guitar can do

Seems my overdrive functionality has completely died. Could not get it to activate in 4 straight songs so I had to just sit there with 4x flashing and my wife on drums needing some help. Oh well, think the strum bar was dying anyways... my set was from launch so I would think the newer ones are much improved

in observance of black history month, there will be no ROCKband dlc for the month of february....
but in all seriousness, rockband could use a good song from hendrix, chuck berry, and ratm.

i haven't played much in past few weeks since i beat guitar and drums on expert. but i found a pretty good 'mod' to the drum pedal: a small, brown paper sack from burger king or the local gas station with a purchase of a 40. wad up sack, stick under pedal. looks ghetto but makes it a lot easier. 5-starred paranoid first time through with the paper sack. want to try a sponge sometime soon and see if that works better.

I've been 1 song from completing the guitar expert solo tour for a few weeks now, fucking GGAHT... I make it to 84% everytime and then bomb out. I've spent hours in practice mode but I don't know if I'm ever going to get it.

haha, yeah that song is a real bitch, even for all the guitar hero experts
i coasted through all the other songs until that one

i can't really explain it, but i think there is something a lil off on that song.
i play guitar irl and have been doing finger-tapping stuff for years, like the fingertapping section in van halen's eruption (fingertap-pulloff-hammeron-repeat). it took me over 10 tries (playing the whole entire fucking song) to get the timing right on the rockband guitar, which i still claim is completely different from a real guitar. not much advice i can give on that song, but gl.
