well, i'm not too big into vidya games to start with... that being said, i got a ps3 a while back because of the blu-ray player and the DLNA media features.

i just sort of want an xbox

it's basically an alarm clock with a set of speakers built in and an ipod dock... so you can charge your phone and use it as your alarm and listen to music on it, etc.

either trauma surgery or internal medicine (in the ED)... it's a natural extension of what i do now. you get to do a little of everything so it usually isn't too boring, and i really work a whole lot better in stressful/emergent situations.
