How are you connecting? I had connection problems in the past (well actually I used my laptop as the wireless bridge, which worked until Xbox pushed out a system update in the fall, making it hard to keep a consistent connection). I purchased a Linksys ethernet-wireless bridge and set it up just before NCAA came out, and it is working well thus far (knock on wood).

Hey, it must have been on your end, because I was still live with the game, which wasn't like the previous times. I super simulated the 4th, and you won 27-7. That will give us more realistic stats than if you played the cpu for the entire game.

Yeah, I have a Linksys setup too. The ethernet is connected directly into the XBox. I really don't know. I mean, I've played 14 games online and I have a 0% disconnect. And I don't think Apoc has had problems before either.......so I don't know how to explain it.

^^That's completely fine with me -- I wanted to get this season on the road, haha. Yeah, each time we've been disconnected I've been on that screen too. It always tells me that I've been disconnected from you and it allows me to stay in the game......really weird, nonetheless.

Clemson strolls in Bobby Dodd and buttfucks GT 45-14. They used a steady diet of Spiller and Ford to mow thru the Tech Defense, and were able to shut down the vaunted triple option on D.

#4 Alabama doesn't play a good host as the tide rolls over FIU 47-14. The Tide pounded the panther defense on the ground all game thanks in part to Sophomore running back Mark Ingram's school record 325 yds rushing and 4 TD in only 3 quarters. He did have a case of vaseline hands though with 2 fumbles, one resulting in a turnover just short of the goal line. The Tide defense forced a safety on the next play. The 2nd string offense and defense took over in the 4th scoring 14 pts and not allowing the FIU offense to reach the endzone.

After the game, Nick Saban praised his running backs who put up 445 yds on the ground but was irate at the lack of pass defense and offensive pass blocking in the first half. "We've got to give our QB time to throw. Luckily we didn't need to pass since we had our own version of Forrest Gump to carry us to victory tonight. I believe we went 1 for 6 on 3rd down conversion. If we do that when against our SEC competition, it's going to be a long season. " Saban said.

Next up Alabama has another warm up game with North Texas before opening SEC play against Arkansas.

I would say no. I have seen some dropped passes in the secondary that most likely should have been picks, but I've also played back to back games where a DL straight picked a ball and returned for a TD.

Passing game is a little easier, but at the same time AI looks better when the right defense is called.

I don't know what happened with my system. But I had to restart 3 times this morning when playing my game. Anyways.

The Tar Holes of Chapel hill traveled to Hartford Connecticut. Ground game and defense held off the huskies to pull UNC to 2-0 on the year in a close game, won on a late INT return of 97 yards by the star corner-back Burney. Coach Davis was over heard yelling at his team through the locker room doors. "we played like shit and looked like it too." Next up for the Tar Holes are The Pirates of East Carolina it what seems to be the making of a great game.

Everyone needs to install the disc to their hard drive so thatgame freezes don't happen.

I think we need to have a rule regarding restarts against the CPU. I feel like if you win after restarting, the game should be thrown out and played again. If you lose then it counts.
