even when making noise, you dont typically stand absolutely still

people's arms were hanging to their sides ... at least when i used to sit in that section, i would hold my hands to my mouth to focus the noise at their huddles, etc

what is the fucking problem? sure, i'm sure there's plenty of students showing up at 6:50 thinking they can be in their seats in time, but it says something that the rest of the entrances are flowing fine, yet the student gates are always backed up. AND THOSE TICKETS HAVE A BAR CODE. its quicker!

went back and watched part of the game after being there, the mics were waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay turned down. even at the loudest point (Duke timeout early 2nd half after state run) it didn't sound loud on TV but it really was.

arena was completely full once everyone got there, only expections were 332-334

The seahawks stadium was made to retain sound. It was designed that way and they always talk about the loudness. Other teams have even made the claim they pump in fake sound to help out.


and Cameron is like 10,000 people in a closet yelling as loud as possible. That place is tiny. I think there are high school gyms that are bigger.

oh so, funny moment last night:

w/ about 5 minutes left, harrow catches an errant pass on the sideline and maybe got fouled by whoever was guarding him running for the same ball, w/ the ref standing right next to him. harrow looks the ref in the eyes and says "are you serious?", then dribbles towards the basket and gets a foul called on the guy guarding him. excellent working of the refs harrow.
