Didn't really watch any of Richards's episodes, but the stuff coming out about him is kinda concerning. Bialik was terrible imo. At least she won't be hosting the regular jeopardy.

^^Correct snark? Alex was pretty pompous. Went to tapings when NC State hosted the college tournament and was turned off Jeopardy for nearly a decade by his in-person personality. Ken is a nice person who actually has the knowledge to back up the position of authority. They should give him the permanent host job, but probably won't because the choice is too obvious for executives to get right.

I've become very progressive in most of my viewpoints, but I kind of draw the line here (at least for now).

You don't get to change biology. The guy has a male sex chromosome in every single cell of his body. That's a man. I understand that purposely using a gender other than what the individual prefers is considered hugely offensive to the individual and the community, and of course I wouldn't have the gall to take this stance to the person's face. I'd just be silent or civil. I wanted to see if I would get a rise, and TWW did not disappoint.

Does this make me just another shit person? I'm open to having my mind changed (yes, even in a thread about Jeopardy), but I really don't get it. I also wonder whether the homosexual community truly identifies with unique trans issues, or whether they are just natural allies as historically marginalized sub-groupings of society.

I thought the bathroom bill was stupid and unnecessary, but I'm also not really in favor of upending biological sex and significantly complicating standardized forms just so someone doesn't get their feelings hurt.

Also, I'm not putting pronouns in my E-Mail signature either. Come at me, bro (or sis, or gender non-binary address of choice)! So tuff!

I disagree that trolling has an age threshold. I also draw a distinction between nonstop purposeful trolling and impulse / opportunity trolling. You've been on the internet long enough.

How do intersex people function currently? Curiously, they don't seem to be the ones strongly advocating for change. Except Caster Semenya. They're the ones who really got screwed in life, but as far as athletic competitions go, if you have a Y chromosome, you should compete against men.
