took the cycle spinning class at my gym last night. first time on a bike in a while and whole shit mas ass and legs hurt this morning. was a good cardio workout though.

Ran about six miles this morning.

Did a speed workout yesterday:

1 mile warm up
6X400 race
6X400 recover
1 mile cool down

standard warmup (200 free 50 kick 100 IM 50 free)
something i don't remember 4 100's? i dunno
2x?300 IM kick, drill, swim by 25's (25 kick fly, 25 drill fly, 25 swim fly etc)
2x300 free 4:30
5x 100 free descending pace 2:00 (IM) 1:50 (IM) 1:40 (free) 1:30 (free) 1:20 (free)
12x 50 stroke drill / free (50 stroke drill then 50 free) 2x fly 2x back 2x breast 1:00 pace
standard cooldown (150-200 free 50 kick 37.5 elementary back 12.5 feet first free)

ended up doing ~3000 yards so i'm missing a set in the beginning, there was a 3x200 set we skipped

Actually, I played #1 seed tennis in high school and LOVE the sport. Dating a tennis pro is just a perk.

HOLY MOTHER OF GOD

that was the most intense 90 minutes of my life

so many times i felt dizzy or that i was going to pass out or throw up.



(and no not sex - bikram yoga)

Does bikram = hot yoga? I've done hot yoga a few times and that stuff is rough. Feel great afterwards though.

I ran 5 miles last night.

On track to run my 1,000 miles this year. Have run about 39 miles so far.

i do feel great today. my foot is killing me but that's to be expected since it's still not completely healed (and it's only been 6 months! )

I had a soccer game on Wednesday. I scored a goal.

I'm waiting to hear about when next season is starting up.

I also need to purchase an agility ladder. Why are those things so goddamned expensive?
