Ahaha. Funny. I got up and chased the waiter down and told him we were ready to go...then, ten minutes later, after he failed to give us our bills, I went to him and gave him our money for the tab and requested our receipts. Then, another five minutes later, he called me over to the computer to close out the tabs he had opened.
I have a wonderful time at almost any public place because I can talk to anyone.

Is that "adament" enough for you?

I'm really not bothered. This kid doesn't know me and feels the need to stick up for Mitch's, likely because he goes there a lot.
I don't go there a lot and I call it like I see it. Spending 20 minutes waiting on yout tab after 2 requests is extreme. Case closed.
