Some dude was arrested outside my place around midnight on Saturday. I was in Chapel Hill so I don't know what exactly happened, but he was hanging around and someone called the cops because of the stuff going on Friday morning. It sounds like the same guy, based on what my neighbor told me but I don't know for sure.
