most of the lowe supporters i have seen blame lowe for plenty of stuff. in fact, i would even venture to say he is NOT a good coach. and i am one of the biggest lowe supporters around. because i'm smart enough to realize that you can be a mediocre coach and great recruiter and win championships (ie roy williams). if lowe can recruit a top 5 class when we are DEAD LAST in the ACC, i can't wait to see what kind of classes he could land after we actually win some games next year.

and if we aren't winning next year, then i will campaign for Oh Beebee as sports talk mod. Until then, though, can we ban this guy?

The demeanor of Lowe and the athletics program as a whole is just "lets see if we can get a few wins" ... you don't hear the talk of Nat'l Championships or even ACC Champs or anything...its always lets just see what we can do. Lowe is the perfect example of putting up with mediocrity.

I wish we would hire a young and hungry coach that wants to make a name for himself. Look at our new women's bball coach...she has yet to prove herself here...but you can't question her intensity and hunger. I can't say the same for Lowe.
