Yay, just finished another carefully worded and thoroughly documented email to the property management company. Deal with these assholes or I'm going to bring the police in, and then the people who own the property will ride your nuts for not dealing with it or making sure that ridiculous violations of the nuisance laws don't happen weekly at 2am for a motherfucking year.

I'm glad the place I'm moving to is a nice big tower with real amenities and a property management company whose sole interest is the wellbeing of the tower itself.

Wilson Property Management is such a fucking joke of a property management company that the city of raleigh should probably revoke whatever permit that they had to get to operate as a property management company to begin with. I can put up with the fact that they put a bunch of shitty residents in here who leave trash and shitty furniture and busted up cars all over the place, but I'm sick and god damn tired of having my sleep interrupted because they just don't give a fuck. To make matters worse, WPM is no longer managing this property as of January 1, 2010, so they're a lame duck management agency. They have zero incentive to do shit, so I'll probably have to get the RPD and the City of Raleigh in here just so I can make this place peaceful for the next person that this place gets rented to. And who knows, it may be one of you! If you're reading this later on wondering whether or not you want to stay here, bear in mind that I am about to break many balls and that these guys causing the violations are just a bunch of man-child foreign students who don't realize that they can get thrown out on the street for all these violations.

OK, the melatonin is working now and I'm mostly done venting/ranting. Property ownership/management near NCSU is a bunch of gay bullshit and nobody should bother doing it unless you want to deal with bullshit like this on a regular basis.

Yeah my old roommate has a '07. I'm looking at c5's tho..for a few grand they'll destroy a stock c6. And can be had for like 12k now if you get a high mileage one
