Walked about 2 miles to and from class. tried to take a nap, overslept, missed my wolfline rides so I had to park in mission valley and walk to campus...
I need to do more.

4x8 pull ups 3x12 close grip pull downs 3x12 machine pull downs 4x12 one handed seated machine rows 4x12 one handed pull down (first time i tried that one - good burn) 4x12 hammer curls 4x12 close grip EZ bar curls 4x12 one handed machine curls

first outdoor run since november yesterday
felt good to be back outside, but hate running in the cold
icy brick isnt cool, nor is the fact there's still snow around from a month ago
either way, 4 miles in 38 degrees.

we skipped on tues b/c of d's bday, so we had to do a double tonight...cycling class for 50 min and then swam 1500m. during my swim, i got a baseline for my 750m...went SUPER slow and still was only at 17min 49sec. looks like i'll definitely be down to 15 min or less if i was in a race environment today and after a couple of months of training, i should be much faster than that! 1/22/2010 10:25:16 AM |

Wow - I don't think I'll ever be able to swim a 15 min 750. My best time in the pool was about 16:30, I guess it's feasible to knock more time off but I felt like I was really pushing it.
