Walked about 2 miles to and from class. tried to take a nap, overslept, missed my wolfline rides so I had to park in mission valley and walk to campus...

I need to do more.

4x8 pull ups
3x12 close grip pull downs
3x12 machine pull downs
4x12 one handed seated machine rows
4x12 one handed pull down (first time i tried that one - good burn)
4x12 hammer curls
4x12 close grip EZ bar curls
4x12 one handed machine curls

TMI: I was planning on 4 sets of pull downs but had to run to the bathroom to make sure that i didn't shit myself on the previous set due to a bad subway sandwich at lunch. When I returned someone else had jumped on it. Revised workout was a success.

What does this mean? Are you on an elliptical or bike or something like that?

I did a sprint workout at the Y last night. Tried to run 400's while dodging people on the indoor track. Eesh.

first outdoor run since november yesterday

felt good to be back outside, but hate running in the cold

icy brick isnt cool, nor is the fact there's still snow around from a month ago

either way, 4 miles in 38 degrees.

joints feel surprisingly well, considering they've been babied on treadmills

we skipped on tues b/c of d's bday, so we had to do a double tonight...cycling class for 50 min and then swam 1500m. during my swim, i got a baseline for my 750m...went SUPER slow and still was only at 17min 49sec. looks like i'll definitely be down to 15 min or less if i was in a race environment today and after a couple of months of training, i should be much faster than that!

Wow - I don't think I'll ever be able to swim a 15 min 750. My best time in the pool was about 16:30, I guess it's feasible to knock more time off but I felt like I was really pushing it.

What tri's are you doing?

It's actually probably my favorite thing from P90X. I've been toying with the idea of doing it every other day.

Swim and Bike on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday
Run and Yoga X on Monday, Wednesday, Friday
