Very cool to watch yesterday as that entire cluster basically started over my house. Got to look straight up and basically look up the side wall of the tower as it was exploding. The first strike from it knocked my power out and then it just rained for hours.

Had a nice one roll through early this morning. Lightning hit something close enough to make the fluorescent bulbs in my ceiling fan flicker. Never seen that before.

It was a bit of a bust in Carrboro. Big storm with lot of lightning chased us home from Hillsborough. Was looking forward to a nice storm, but that storm hit the front and they kinda fucked each other up. We got some rain but not much lightning. I was a bit disappoint.
