anyone want to buy my old HR monitor? $15...strap has a broken clasp but it still works fine..Omron HRC-1000 Its missing a clasp that helps keep it tight, it'll stay on as long as you're not doing something too intense...it slips down when I do any upper body lifts or from the impacts of jogging. I, too, strained my back muscles...today. Cut my workout early, plus not having a workout buddy (^^ ) and the gym being crowded. Also felt lazy 3x10 40lb weighted dips1x10 135, 1x10 185, 2x7 205, 1x10 185, 1x10 135 Bench Press-Somewhere in there lower back started hurting3x10 Chest Flies, 170-2103x10 Tricep pushdown (rope)then rolled out
