Ok, so this has gone completely off the rails.
And I'm guessing Oceanside is all dead because they are taking their sweet time getting there.
And it looks like revolution is inevitable.
Is Lance going to come back as a tyrant or Mr x now, it really wouldn't surprise me at this point. 10/17/2022 10:26:35 PM |

So they kidnapped everyone and it all looks bad and all that shit.
I don't think the ending will settle anything like it did in the comics.
It's just going to set up the spin offs.
My prediction, revolution and shit, Negans wife is somehow en route to NYC, and Maggie feels some since of duty to help, Darryl tries to stowaway on a transport to Philly or something but accidentally ends up in France where the 28 days later runners are, and that group Michonne found was survivors of Omaha or some ahit, and the CRM is told to take over the Commonwealth, but infantry man Rick doesn't like that too much and there we go.
And we get one "shocking" main character death at the end that seems pointless because Gimple. Aaron, Ezekiel, Eugene, Carol, Jerry are the most likely. And Lydia's bf dies, again. 10/25/2022 12:20:18 AM |

So that whole line up thing might have been suspenseful, of we didn't already know that negan is getting a spinoff.
But does look like the revolution is starting. 10/31/2022 12:33:10 PM |

So that's probably how Darryl gets separated from the group, in the midst of a smart walker invasion.
You know, in the comics, the big deal was the Rick ended the conflict with peace, not war
but I guess that doesn't get the people to tune in.
but neither does this shit they have on screen 11/11/2022 4:11:27 AM |

They have so much material to lean on right now, but GD there was a lot of lazy writing in the latest episode. Like what's her name acting like a fucking idiot to lose her arm like that.
One last episode then the complaints will finally end. 11/17/2022 2:31:28 PM |

Ok, so they got Darryl to get the people to realize peace was the answer, much like Rick did in the comics. And then Rosita got Andrea's emotional death from the comics, sort of.
I'm glad they didn't leave a big cliffhanger, so you are compelled to watch the new shows, Darryl rides off into the sunset, we're the ones who live. I mean they did show that stuff with Rick and Michonne, but it didn't seem over the top.
I just find it hard to believe that the CRM has not ever dealt with the Commonweath.
I look forward to watching the new shows, without having an idea of what's going to happen 11/20/2022 11:31:30 PM |

Kinda underwhelmed by the series finale. I know the show jumped the shark years ago, but the finale where they all banded together against Negan was way more climactic than what we got. I guess they just want you to keep watching the new spinoffs.
Speaking of which, there is one for Daryl, one for Negan, one for Rick/Michonne, and another one I think called "Dead City"? Jeez. That plus the existing spinoffs is turning this into the CW Arrow-verse. 12/12/2022 3:29:23 PM |

Late to the game, but I just finished the final season since it got added to Netflix. God it was terrible. Horrible writing, strange time period jumps between eps that you can barely tell happened until later you’re just like, I guess this must be like 2-4 months later? Just so much lazy writing and poor execution. It felt like they were trying to rush and jam all this stuff in but didn’t have enough time so a lot of the things that would have made the story make more sense got cut…except they had 24 full fucking episodes, so that should not have been the case. 2/15/2023 1:48:03 PM |
