Well, I had one little buck come bolting through the woods at about 1030am, he was spooked my someone's rabbit dogs. He came barrelling down one side of the gully, jumped in the creek, ran in a circle, and hopped out. I had him in the scope, but I couldn't get a clear shot, so I didn't even shoot at him. It was too brushy and he kept stopping behind big trees.

Oh well, better to let them walk than to wound them!
