the drops and medication clear it up with a quickness though...

my resting heart rate is ridiculous...

only because 'resting' is basically a misnomer in my life...

i'm never still...

even when i'm 'resting' i'm not still...

some body part is always moving...usually frantically...

so it's hard to get an accurate resting heart rate when you don't know how to relax
