the good news is i like my thank you cards. i was going to get some printed ($$$$ ugh) but i just went to the target wedding section and found some cute ones that were pretty thick paper and they don't look TOO wedding-y, just classic. and i got 50 for like $15 instead of like 20 for $60 from the paper store. hehe. when i'm actually a professional i'll get some professional note cards. until then, target baby.

If I have two or more messages from the same person when I open my inbox I always let them know how annoying and insulting it is to do such a thing.

really? that makes me happy. i wanted to see it but i heard mixed reviews.

but the people that didn't like it i don't think really wanted to see it in the first place (or like understood what it was about). and i'm way into it so - i think i'll watch. nelson mandela is my hero (i'm weird) and morgan freeman looks (from previews) like he did a wonderful job so i am putting it on my TO RENT list. apartheid is just one of those things that has fascinated me and i was totally going to go to south africa to study abroad and study international human rights but that didn't work out. i would love to go there someday though. i wonder if its in the redbox? i can watch it tomorrow

Yes, I enjoyed it very much...and I knew what it was about going in to it. It by no means makes me an expert, but I took History of South Africa in college and enjoyed reading Long Walk to Freedom immensely.

Hubs also enjoyed it...I'm not sure how much he knew about Mandela or apartheid going in to it.

I know shit about rugby though...cept the huddle is called a scrum
