it's really depressing and grossing me out how atrophied my leg has gotten.

go from being in the best shape you've been in in years to... having a calf that you cannot flex and looks like an 80 year old fat woman's underarm fat jiggling around

quad's down 4" compared to the healthy one.

next weekend start being able to put some weight on it though
