well i tried ambien last night for the first time

and i didnt heath ledger myself

however, unexpectedly, and as is the norm, i got in bed at 1030, and rolled around till after 1, passed out till 330, rolled till 6 then got to sleep

only to be awoken at 615 by the alarm.

this shit is getting really old

yea that's a pretty decent dose, i doubt 10mg will do any better if 5mg did nothing...

have you tried melatonin? (OTC at walmart...) it works wonders for a lot of people without the crazy side effects that can happen on ambien. my ex-gf wasn't affected either by prescription sleeping pills but i got her to try these once and they helped a lot
