remedies (preferably home remedies) for puffy eyes and face??

likkeee from not sleeping well and/or crying?

didn't know if cucumbers, strawberries, tea bags, etc on eyes actually worked or if those are just old wives tales!!

I know that there is something in all of those things that are supposed to help with the puffiness, but I don't really know...I've never had that problem really...

Maybe try a cold pack? I have heard that works too.

i'm going to try maybe all of the above and see if anything works lol.

try anything cold! like a bag of frozen peas or something.
the problem with that is if youre like me-it will get rid of the swelling but itll make your

and put hemorrhoid cooling cream on your eyes/face

drink lots of water.

i read recently that netti pots are good to reduce puffiness and dark circles under eyes. you can get a netti pot from any pharmacy.

i might try it myself this week since i'll be traveling/flying next week and i tend to get sick while i'm away, especially for work. it's supposed to be very good for the sinuses and pressure in your face. i get bad dark circles and bags under my eyes all the time (even with 12 hours of sleep) so i'm interested to see if it works for me.

same i freaking hate dark circles

but i get them too. and same deal - even if i sleep. i think stress probably also has something to do with it. but whenever i can't figure something out i always blame it on stress haha

all you need is a little pashmina ... it gets a bit breezy/chilly at night, so you'll appreciate having a stylish option for arm coverage

I got this from Anthropologie in on Friday and I <3 it soooo muchhhhh (ps the Manhattan one was crazy huge)

ladies, if you are looking for a little black dress that's gonna make you look down right skinny, this is the one:

http://www.express.com/catalog/product.jsp?productId=25851&parentCategoryId=2&categoryId=22&subCategoryId=22&user_att_value=Email&user_att_name=Interest&Mppg=0&Mcatpn=category&Mpper=3&Mcatp=cat_2&Mcat=22&Mpos=34&Mrsaa=*&Mcatn=Dresses+%26+Jumpsuits&Mpg=SEARCH%2BNAV&Mrsavf=*

I bought this on Friday for an event coming up. It makes me look very, very slim in the waist. Not that I'm large, but I have my lil pudge. BIG FAN of this dress.

Express also had a ton of jeans on sale. I got a great pair for 24, the dress for 70, and then 30% off since I spent over $75. ftmfw.

Also, Ann Taylor is going to consolidate all their stores into Ann Taylor Lofts. So, there might be some good close out sales coming up soon.

^^ That is good information to know.

Ok tww. Help me decide on my one piece. I'm pretty much sold on this one line "La Blanca" by Rod Beattie. I'm pretty short, with an hourglass figure. These are what I have been looking at:

I'm kind of leaning towards the fringe one, but it seems kind of slutty haha

haha prayers and a very nice bra

The dress actually has a lot of support in it, and it's not thin/skimpy, so a normal strapless could work. I've fit a couple ladies for it that bought the dress for upcoming events.

greenjay, i'm loving that website!! have you ordered from there before? just wondering what kind of quality it is, and how easy it is to return something if it doesnt fit? we have a black-tie affair on may 1 and i may want to order one of those dresses!

well, the ones i have posted are clearance, non-return only but the girls of fatshionista have said nice things about zaftique.

i really like number one because i measured and it might actually be shoe-length on me (i am like 5'10 or so), but i don't go to formal things very much. i like the way #2 and 3 would display my rack, but i think i want #1 and #4... i dont know how i am going to convince hubby that i need #4 too though!

Have you all been to myshape.com?

it's a great site where you put in your measurements and they scour the internets to find clothing that would work with your shape/size. It's pretty cool!

You have to be referred I believe so let me know if interested
