well this is a muscle spasm up under my left shoulder blade....

it's making my arm and back all contorted because the muscle is tensing up randomly

i would suggest going to miller-mote. they can't do massages on people until they're right about to graduate so they've had all their training and are taking on clients to fufill their credit hours before graduating.

i dont know what the prices are now but i know when i was in college it was like $20 or $30 for a 30 minute session and maybe $40-50 for an hour session.

my back has been royally messed up for not quite three days now. The chiropractor scoffed and looked at me funny when I said the pain was at a full 10, until he saw that I was actually crying from it.

don't really have the money to take it easy for too long....

i might be getting offered a temporary job for 5 months in kentucky - but it'd only be through november and i have to figure out what to do with my apartment. either break my lease and move everything out, OR move some of my stuff out and hopefully get someone to sublease for 5 months....

OR just keep looking for work in DC

i just can't decide what i want to do.
