Lower expectations was covered. Maybe they were hoping to get a few more days to lure a better coach but had to go with the one guy that already committed after feeling out the reaction from the letter.

Biggest is he's been out of the recruiting rounds for a couple of years, wonder how that will impact things. But if we're smart we'll keep Harris on again to keep working the recruiting.
