i used to cry a lot over the stupidest things. i would cry just as hard over an episode of sex and the city as i would when i found out someone had died. it was pretty ridiculous. thank god for pharmaceuticals.

i have a gluten allergy which isn't as severe as celiac but along the same lines. the bread IS super dry! i usually have to microwave it for about 20-30 seconds or put it in a toaster to warm it. it's much better when it's been warmed up. i did find one g-free bread once in kroger (they have the best gluten free section of any grocery store i have ever been to) and it was SO good but it was like $10 for maybe 10 slices....so yeah. hahahaha.

I don't know what that is, but I don't have a sleeping problem. I'm usually asleep about seven seconds after my head hits the pillow. Broken AC was the culprit last night and is tonight.

About the hardest drug I take at all these days is Tylenol PM! And they aren't like the beasts -- two barely affects me at all and three is my usual dose if I'm sick or something.

it's what's in tylenol pm that makes you sleepy. it's benadryl, basically. just take that when you don't need the painkiller. it's cheaper too. i usually take 4 as well
