i ran the dog for about a mile - mile and a half... well the dog ran me for the most part. Our part of the the greenway was surprisingly empty today so the off leash run was dooable for the most part. its good to have dst again.
m'lady started her strength training today. a big props to her and her regimen. she's way more fit than me.

but for real, my heart rate has already begun to drop considerably from doing cardio regularly at the gym (i joined 3 weeks ago). the first night i got on the elliptical machine it said my heart rate was 180 !! last night i had it at a steady 150 douglas about killed me last night with my training. i also lost a pound!

I worked out on the elliptical last night for 70 minutes at the second highest resis.
That's the longest I have ever done.
