The collectible card mini-game Gwent in the Witcher 3 is also really cool.

Witcher 3 looks like shit compared to how it performs. I am running it on a GTX 970 (1.5/7.9GHz) + 3770K @ 4.3 GHz and it still runs like shit. Not to mention the screens we saw at the last E3 were waaaaaay better than what we actually got at release. There are rumors that they dumbed down the PC version in order to make the consoles not look as shitty at the request of Sony and MS. Remember that your console hardware was ~1.5 years out of date the day it released.. Still, there is no excuse to limit PC graphics.

That's all conspiratorial bullshit IMO. It was downgraded but I don't think consoles had anything to do with it. Biggest difference between then and now were the particle effects like the volumetric smoke that they probably discovered were just not feasible once they put it into the full open world.

Besides, my computer isn't even that good and I think it looks pretty nice
