so monday. after an entire weekend of horrible decisions of drinking and the like, i was still down the 5 pounds i had lost recently. hadn't lost anymore obviously but i hadn't gained so i was like "sweet"

fast foward to today. i look like I've gained like 10 pounds. i'm too afraid to step on a scale, but seriously. wtf is this. bloat? i don't feel bloated. but i did eat soy sauce last night. idk. I haven't eaten anything too terribly bad.

is this just some delayed reaction from the weekend? can soy sauce make you bloat 10 pounds? WTF IS GOING ON BODY THIS IS NOT OK
