^^I suspect Fine is guilty, but the tape isn't that damning in my opinion. I can easily say bad things about a man to my friend and then call her up on the phone and get her to repeat them back to me--especially if she's crazy, and the man in question is a husband who she resents, and she slept with me.

Fine can't be tried though cause of the statute of limitations, right? They gotta find a more recent victim. But I guess these guys could sue?

I'm not a big fan of Boeheim's by any means, but I personally see nothing wrong with anything he has said. When ALLEGATIONS first came out, he was very public in his support of a longtime friend and HE ALSO SAID that he would stand by Fine UNTIL THERE WAS PROOF OTHERWISE, hence his now "retractive" statements. He had no reason to believe at that time that any of it could possibly be true, and honestly I'm still suspect as to the whole story with the first guy. No way you get "abused" to the age of 27. The guy's father has even said he's lying so there is still more to that story.
