Eh, when I was 14 I don't think I would have had a problem with a 20 year old female.

You can continue to create victims when none exist based on arbitrary laws and ages, but you're likely doing more harm to both parties than any good that could come out of prosecuting (legally and publicly).

Not saying these situations can't have victims, they sometimes do. But basing someone's victimness based on two numbers and no relevant information isn't a great way to define a victim.

OMG BILLY, THAT NUMBER IS BIGGER THAN THAT NUMBER AND THE GOVERNMENT TELLS ME THAT'S BAD. IT'S SICK OMG.

I mean, I guess if your goal is to demonize person of Age X for having relations with one of Age Y, where X - Y > Z, then I guess I get the idea. But aren't we really trying to protect people, not be predatory mongols? I'd rather the legal system concentrate on actual victims and actual criminals than people with potentially poor, but otherwise harmless, decisions.
