That's really all it came down to. With Howell not 100%, Brown in a slump, and our team collectively tired, Miami was just a much better team. If Miami keeps playing like they did yesterday, they're a Final 4 team IMO.

I know your post is probably half-jest but, but I just meant I don't understand how losing in an earlier round of a tournament and not even making it to UNC is better than losing to them outright. State still finishes below them in either scenario so I just can't wrap my mind about what makes going out earlier preferable.
