I think my house got hit by lightning, or it was at least close enough to trip breakers and kill my android tv that was connected to an antenna (property grounded). I don't see any other damage although the UPS says there was a power surge.

Lightning bolt hit really close by the new place (mile west of Carrboro) and triggered surge arrest system in my APC battery supply, which was loud as shit. Thankfully no damage to my PC or equipment but it did kill the network jacks on my Spectrum cable modem and separate WAP, so no internet for us. Gotta stop by Spectrum store at lunch and get a replacement. Fun times.
