well the Casey Anthony case is starting, it's interesting because on the Today Show they were talking about how it would be hard to find jurors since it'll be a lengthy trial and most people dont get paid for jury duty by their employer and in Florida you only get $15 a day until you reach a certain number of days, then you get $30 a day. And these jurors will be sequestered in a hotel in Orlando and that they are on the lookout for Stealth Jurors, people who have been interested in the case and want to be on the jury and will act "impartial" to get on.

Would seem pretty difficult to become a "stealth juror" - basically just luck(?) of the draw to get selected. Are they saying if they get selected, then they'll act impartial so they get to hang around?

I'm not sure that comparing pictures is a brilliant idea... when the court denied discovery of the DNA TEST and refused to allow the defense to ask questions about whether or not one had ever been done.

Well in the age of DNA testing, photo comparison of a 2yr old kid to a still from courtroom testimony of a guy certainly isn't a fireproof test.

And what the court did or didn't do makes no difference to me, the trial is over and done with.
