so I now have a man tower (man cave on 3rd floor)... large comfy sectional couch, offensively big hdtv, full bath, an extra room I don't know what to do with.... MLIA (my life is awesome)

OMG. I am going to have my kid doing his own laundry before he starts school. Last night he moved all of the wet clothes from the washing machine (front loader) to the drier, then he put a new load of clothes in the washer. Of course I had to add the detergent and cut the machines on, but if he's doing this much at 2 1/2. . .imagine what I can have him doing in another 3 or 4 years. Children as indentured servants FTW!!!
