hour and a half spin class

breakfast : frosted flakes, 16oz whole milk
brunch : 2 chicken sandwhichs from burger king (450 cals a pop), 16oz whole milk
lunch : yogurt (weak sauce)
dunch : 20oz of whole milk, 2.5 scoops of whey, and maybe 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup (like my women :THICK)
dinner :

yeah that sleeve of mint cookies is probably 1200 calories. Sorry!!!!!!!
I made a 500 calorie peanut butter sandwhich for the middle of the night.

bench warmup 1x10x135

xball dumbbell presses: 2x10x40
incline dumbbell presses: 2x10x35

ezbar skullcrushers 2x15x40
ezbar close grip presses 2x20x40
dumbbell pullovers 2x15x20
ezbar curls 2x15x40

dumbbell rows: 1x25x22.5
dumbbell front raises 1x25x10

did 30 minutes of cardio, and then walked the gf through the "30 minute express workout" at planet fitness, doing it myself too (she wanted to start doing some "weight training" and I figured that would be a good place to start) - it actually isn't a bad little full body workout


oh, and I did my abs when I woke up (but I do that everyday)

You can still do stuff like push-ups/sit-ups etc without getting so gross you need a shower.

fucking cold this morning and i fell twice due to idiot motherfuckers stopping short right in front of me

but overall good ride, ate a cheese burger and chocolate following it.. oops

right now im training for the ms150. its a 2 day ride from houston to austin (2.5 hour drive in the car, so its a pretty long ride on a bike) to benefit multiple sclerosis

i would consider a tri but i need to work on my swimming before i'll get into an open body of water with people kicking and slapping me. currently i cannot handle that and know i would flip out

my gym does indoor tris to get people interested in outdoor, i might do one of those

i REALLY like biking. its way more fun and rewarding than running was. i'll still run but i think im done with the half marathons, at least for awhile

indoor tri's are gay. at least that's what I say because I can't do flip-turns in the pool

LunaK did you say you were doing one in Williamsburg? I used to live in Newport News.

NCSUWolfy biking is ok, I need to get out on the road more than I have been.

i supplement my outdoor riding with spin classes since its harder (for me anyway) than outdoors and i can do it before and/or after work at my gym

i joined a cycling club that goes out riding every saturday morning so i have a group to ride with every sat no matter what. and sometimes people i know will want to go out on sunday or there is a special sunday ride. like next week the club is having a valentines day 34mi then waffle massacre haha. their motto is bike to eat, eat to bike. my kind of people! have you looked into joining a riding group?
