breakfast : frosted flakes, 16oz whole milk brunch : 2 chicken sandwhichs from burger king (450 cals a pop), 16oz whole milk lunch : yogurt (weak sauce) dunch : 20oz of whole milk, 2.5 scoops of whey, and maybe 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup (like my women :THICK) dinner :
yeah that sleeve of mint cookies is probably 1200 calories. Sorry!!!!!!! I made a 500 calorie peanut butter sandwhich for the middle of the night.

right now im training for the ms150. its a 2 day ride from houston to austin (2.5 hour drive in the car, so its a pretty long ride on a bike) to benefit multiple sclerosis
i would consider a tri but i need to work on my swimming before i'll get into an open body of water with people kicking and slapping me. currently i cannot handle that and know i would flip out
my gym does indoor tris to get people interested in outdoor, i might do one of those

i supplement my outdoor riding with spin classes since its harder (for me anyway) than outdoors and i can do it before and/or after work at my gym
i joined a cycling club that goes out riding every saturday morning so i have a group to ride with every sat no matter what. and sometimes people i know will want to go out on sunday or there is a special sunday ride. like next week the club is having a valentines day 34mi then waffle massacre haha. their motto is bike to eat, eat to bike. my kind of people! have you looked into joining a riding group? 2/6/2010 7:43:24 PM |
