Yeah, on that day of physical therapy where I started, the guy was having me do shuttle runs. He told me to shuttle between these pens he put down and demonstrated a half-jog. I was all "you want me to do what now?" since I was still nervous about doing anything running related. It went well though.

Carry a portable pump and you can take it off while riding to try and whack the dog to get it to go away.

my only gripe is lack of bumper plates, trap bar, dead lift station

Don't know if it's changed now but back in September when I went to talk to them about getting that membership......the "alumni" membership was 480 dollars for the year, you HAD to work out between 6 and 8 in the mornings on M-Th, but could go any time on the weekend, and I'm pretty sure you couldn't rent equipment. Here's what I (remember) eating at the superbowl party I went to...
15-20 tostito chips with buffalo chicken dip in it 5-10 wheat thins with brie/crescent roll thing on it 4 or 5 sausage balls 7 or 8 meat balls (little) 1/2 of a bite-sized piece of fudge 1 piece of peppermint bark 4 or 5 little bigs in blankets 1 cheeto (yes, just one) 4 or 5 jalapeno's wrapped in bacon
That's why I worked out twice yesterday

my sister is big into making cheesecakes for our football get togethers, for this one we added choco syrup to the batter to make it brown like a football, chilled, froze it, carved it into a football, whipped up the topping and laid it on like the stiching on a football, looked pretty pro. I ate whatever was carved off and pecked at the finished product. We have a pic somewhere...
she's a big fan of cake boss after she visited their shop in hoboken for fall break, so I call her the "cheesecake boss"
