there's talk about adding 2 more 30 minute classes in the morning, and having them alternate upper body + abs and lower body + abs for both the AM and PM. like so:
tues AM - lower + abs tues PM - upper + abs thurs AM - upper + abs thurs PM - lower + abs
and I would definitely incorporate the towel drag into the upper body class
