ran 3.75 miles yesterday afternoon. i promised myself if i finished my run i didn't have to do arms (weights). i really didn't even want to work out at all so it was a good motivater to keep me running.

had a killer shoulder and back work out yesterday and then ran a couple miles. need to get to the point where i can run 3 miles easily. i'm getting there. already have the 15 mile bike right down packed. after i get the running down next will be swimming.

I found that after I pushed my daily bike ride up to 25 miles then a 3 or 4 mile run was no problem.Biking got my knees in much better shape for running as well.
