Each time you got passed you added 5 to your set at the end. Each time you passed someone you subtracted 5.

had a killer shoulder and back work out yesterday and then ran a couple miles. need to get to the point where i can run 3 miles easily. i'm getting there. already have the 15 mile bike right down packed. after i get the running down next will be swimming. 2/18/2010 2:56:06 PM |

I found that after I pushed my daily bike ride up to 25 miles then a 3 or 4 mile run was no problem.
