looks like another week and a half with some PS2...prolly give me a chance to play Bully, though.

this is what i did when i very first got - i let it run idle over night, ie, i did not play any games and i only set up my dashboard when i very first got it. in my opinion, just throwing a game right into a brandnew system and not 'breaking in' your 360 is a bad idea.

I have the exact same story from about a week ago except my new one has some graphics glitch. I get white bars all over the screen after playing for a while. Calling them again today.

UPDATE

called microsoft today, they asked me had i plugged it into a surge protector (the new one)

and i was like yep

and they said that was a major no-no, seein as how that behemoth of a power supply is ALREADY a surge protector (he says it says not to do this in the manual, but who reads that)

anyways, they are sending me another prepaid box for round two ( )

heh yeah, im that dumbass well i put the tv straight to the wall, but the receiver, sub, xbox, cable box, and wireless adapter all go to the protector. guess the pc makes a big difference on your list though.

I have 2 surge protectors coming out of the wall.

One of them has my 360, and the DVD player (since that usually is off and running very low amounts of current)

the other has the Plasma tv, cable box, routers, and PSP charger

I recently joined gamefly. The 4th game I ordered never came, told them, got another one sent that I received. Then I sent 2 back on the same day and have not received anything back from Gamefly saying they have received them (been a week). I think my mailman is stealing my games.

Sucks, but I guess I'm going to have to cancel the account.
