So we have this new manager at the restaurant who HAS to make physical contact with people when he's talking to them. Usually, hand-on-the-shoulder kind of thing. First time he came up behind me and touched my shoulder without me expecting it, I had to keep myself from back-fisting him. And he's anal-retentive, which just confounds everything.

Well just don't deliver his mail then. Just leave it in a small separate pile on your desk and don't say anything to him. Sooner or later, he'll see the pile or he'll find out that his letters aren't going through.
