I only use it if I'm carrying a sniper rifle and want something smaller for defense while I'm getting in position.

Of course I hardly ever snipe.

^ I like overkill with a sniper rifle and say a silenced mp-5 or AK-74 combined with UAV jammer...i think...

Anyway...I like carrying at least one silence handgun with me b/c of the ability to easily shoot and unsuspecting victim without showing up on the map, but for me it's usually kinda hard to find an unsuspecting victim in hardcore...everyone seems better and like 10x more alert!!

That's what I wanted to do, but UAV Jammer can be invaluable when sniping.

^^^ oddly enough I rarely snipe as well, but the few times I have, having a stronger mid-short ranged weapon with me when I'm getting in position to snipe helps, that and the whole point of getting a nice spot is not letting people know you're there ie:silenced weapon

Overkill sounded cool as hell but once I got it I rarely used it...I figured a silenced .45 or a Desert instead of a submachine gun in the 2nd spot was worth it since you still got to pick a strong Perk 2

Yeah, that's what I thought, too. I just got it and I only got to play 1 game with it. There's not really any reason I would want to keep another primary weapon except for when I snipe and UAV Jammer is more valuable to me there.

i lay down a lot of suppressive fire sometimes. ppl think ur a noob and get careless and/or it lets you take the heat off your teammates. run outa ammo quick though. was running out constantly today when playing with tww peeps, but i did alright most games.

I need to get more friends on CoD4 so that we can do more squad based play. You can lay down a really good suppressing fire with any of the LMGs, but if your teammates won't utilize it then it's useless because while you're pinning them down someone will see you on GPS and blast you.

I wonder how well you would do if you had all of your guys operating together as two squads. Part of me says that you could use proven tactics to take down the enemy, but at the same time I worry that one or two assholes with LMGs could kill a squad at a time.

^^I like 2 squads flanking the enemy, but as far as getting mowed down: No, because one of those assholes with a LMG would be me and I would be on your squad.

add TWW as your clan tags if you want to be in the cool kids group. We are more there for fun than being competitive, but we do win a fair amount. The main benefit with playing with the same group a lot is learning from the other players and talking/strategizing more
