I have one friend that goes to UNC.

And her constant updates about how proud she is of her University are insufferable.

Also I think she is gonna drop out.

The egotisticalness[lol] of these people can only be compared to what I've seen from people who go to Bama or Texas

i had a few friends that graduated from unc when i was in raleigh.

one was a secretary at unc's law school. one was unemployed. one was a secretary in a physician's office. what a school, what a school.

I had about 10 friends go there. The ones that went for nursing or med school are doing fine in their fields the rest work at jobs that don't require a degree at all or are un employed.

I will say this again I see Carolina undergrad as pre school. Pre med pre law pre dent are the only degrees worth a shit there. And only because they can get you into med law Orr dental schools.

I will say they are one of the most well-funded schools on campus. They get some big corporate sponsorship from GSK and other big pharma companies to keep their stuff up to date. Last year they did a big A/V upgrade and we took all of their trash equipment because most of it was newer than what we are running in the rooms, with no plans to upgrade anything here.
