My point is, I'd rather have a bunch of 2* kids who can play well and make the tourney than 4-5* ones who finish in the bottom 3rd of the conference.

I'm tired of playing the recruiting hype game, I just want to see some basketball I can be proud of.

I trust Gott will get the most out of his players and the hype surrounding his next batch of elite commits will be justified.

i understand. but very, very rarely will a team of all 2/3*s make the tournie, regardless of the coach. talent is pretty crucial.

When I worked at the "Y" with middle school kids (long time ago) we had a rainy day and it was movie day.

I jokingly suggested to a fellow counselor "debbie does dallas"

another counselor narked me out and I was fired...which turned to a suspension until summer camp due the director of said summer camp sticking her neck out for me.

That summer I busted my ass for her.

Gottfried is getting his second chance. I have no doubt he is going to make the most of it.

We are in good hands.
