first day back into the gym after stabbing my foot with a scalpel i did 25 min on the elliptical and lifted easy for another 20. bent rows, curls, triceps, push ups and pull ups

I'm still impressed with how sore your core muscles are from the one hand machine exercises.

5 mi run

felt good to run outside for the first time in forever, been getting soft on treadmills

did not feel good to have a foot blister act up and go bananas today

thought it was mostly healed

little fucker

ALSO

i perhaps should have thought that if i took my long route through the parks, that the shady hilly parts were likely still snow covered

so it turned from a hilly path run to a hilly snow jaunt

running through like, 3-4 inches of melting snow is like, somewhat like running on loose pack sand, and damn if it isnt tiring on hills

sundays are my only day to sleep in, so I didn't make it to spin

mondays I'm busy from 6am-9pm so all I could do was get in a quick 30min on the step mill

today I did pump&ride, then taught a 30min lower body/abs class, and tonight I'll be teaching a 30min upper/abs class

Wish I had run this morning since it seems like the weather is going to be horrible. Will have to make due inside somehow, but I am not a treadmill runner.
