The girl I nanny was not pleased when I suggested that maybe her rash was a result of all the silly bandz she's wearing. It's the only thing that's been constant since it started, and it's not going away. I got her to take them off though, so we'll see what happens.

^^^Do the Silly Bands contain latex?

My husband is severely allergic to latex and has all sorts of skin problems when he comes in contact with latex. His allergy has worsened over time and now he has breathing problems when he has a reaction.

I am a latex salesman and take offense that your husband is allergic to latex

I invite him to try some of our latex, free of charge

the Silly Bandz brand is silicone...but if it's a knockoff some do have latex. Unlike your husband, I'm only mildly allergic to latex, so that's why I suggested it to her and her parents as well. we'll see if the rash goes down as the day goes on.

Second step - stay off of TWW while working...at least initially.

^how much water are you drinking? These could be related to hydration... you still drinking those energy drinks?

and as for me- I was hesitant about this new bbq recipe (it is a western nc tomato based style), but so far it looks and smells delicious. the dog might be banned upstairs for the day/evening while this cooks cause I don't trust him not to pull down the crock pot

yeah I was thinking it might be a dehydration thing, I'm going to drink more water today and see if it helps.

I might drink a Rockstar once a week now, not 1-2 a day like I used to. So I dont think that has to do with it

If you want to weird out your co-workers bring a cat carrier in and put it in your office and watch them try to lean down and look in it while they walk by to see if there's something in it.

I got a little liquid smoke on my fingers when prepping the bbq

now no matter how much I wash my hands, my fingers smell like hickory smoke

might explain why the dog was trying to eat my fingers earlier- that or he is just retarded

I dont know if thats a joke or not, but I dont normally take vitamins. For some reason I always start catching a cold when I take a multivitamin everyday

the water (and a couple excedrin) have helped. My headache is gone. I think part of it might be the change in pressure with the temperature shifts we've been having. The same thing happened to me a month or so ago when we had a stormy day and the temps dropped

I feel like that is completely coincidental- Like the people who start taking them during cold and flu season, and get the colds then

vitamins should in no way compromise your immune system

well I dont think it compromises it, I just have always be a pretty healthy person - I might call in sick to work a few times every year, but I think I've had 1 or 2 bad colds in the last 4-5 years, I cant even really remember my last one.

I tried taking just some B-complex vitamins to boost my energy during the day, but that made me jittery.

Basically, I think my body is in a pretty good homeostasis, so I dont do much to mess with it. I tend to believe also that taking vitamins might over-vitaminize (yeah I said that) my system and make me feel different, and that my vitamin/nutrient levels are pretty good on their own
