same thing I do every tuesday/thursday:

take pump & ride (60min of cycling + kinesis wall intervals)
teach 30min upper body + abs class
teach 30min lower body + abs class

i did bikram last night.... the last time i tried to do two nights in a row the second night almost killed me

the goal is to run lake johnson today. i've developed another ulcer this week and i've been in quite a bit of pain. i started taking some prescription meds again and i feel ok now so hopefully the medicine will hold out.

^^ Pilates instead? I love doing Bikram in consecutive days. I just rarely have the free time for the class bc I sweat so much for at least 20 minutes after the class ends.

Man , you guys that said weighted pull-ups helps to up your number were right. I did some sets of 25lb weighted pull-ups last week and upped my reps to 10 in a row today.

i one-upped myself and ran downtown by my house instead.....i ended up running like 3.5 miles. it felt really good.

why would you do 15 minute abs when 8 minute abs and 7 minute abs exist? or did you end up doing both the 8 minute ab workout and the 7 minute ab workout?

wtf? do you think I go to the gym to train to be a circus acrobat?

I've posted numerous articles in here showing how bosu and xball workouts make you more susceptible to injury and are inferior to squats, deadlifts, and rows for building core strength. Don't believe the hype surrounding those gimmicks.

Do you use straps on your hands? I can't imagine doing lunges with 75's in each hand.
