worked out at the community center so I was limited on resources...no real leg press, had to rig up a damn smith machine and the community center only has 265lbs worth of plates...bleh...only rested 5 breaths between those sets....knees are "off" now

last workout before spring break, headed to Florida to hang out with my Grandma and Aunt...I'll have to work out in their fitness studio at the clubhouse...Sauna and Hot Tub too!

What are some methods to increase running strength?

I feel like there are other things besides hills and running more, but perhaps that's it.

Quinn how fast is "fast" for you around LJ? if i'm around your pace we should hit it up together soon but i probably am a bit slower than you.

(my fastest is 30 minutes around the main lake)

and sice i dont really eat meals...just mini meals throughout the day, when i slack off on diet and clean eating it's bad....like eating horrible foods all day bad >.<
