Look, here's the thing.

I hated Herbert Sendek because Herbert was getting decent talent and not utilizing it. As in we ran sets that were dumb late in the game to blow huge leads over and over and over. It just wasn't going to happen and we all knew it. We gave him ten years and it just wasn't going to ever happen.

Lowe was landing the talent but was too busy in extramarital affairs to hold his players accountablet for working out. He just wasn't professional enough.

Gott is realistically probably the best we can do. Maybe wait another few years until k and Roy areally in decline and then we can go for a big hire buthe right now we are just kinda screwed.

It's just not gonna happen at nc state. The old timers have been here long enough to realize that now. Gott runs a system that can produce big wins and keeps us competitive. Hes never going to build a great team because we don't play defense

TWW coaches thought Tony Bennett was not a good coach early at Virginia. Feels similar to Buzz at VT. The fact that VT with their shit basketball tradition and facilities is in a better state than us is very sad. I agree with most of Rally's post, but we've pretty much seen all Gott has to offer. In year six we will be a bubble team.

Why in the hell can we not maintain a fucking roster? I used to believe this was just part of the larger transfer culture that seems to have popped up across college sports and wasn't unique to gottfried, but now I'm not so sure. Both Cody and Caleb were featured heavily this year and would likely be key pieces next year as well so what gives? What is Gott doing to these kids to make them want to leave?
